The Van Der Hagen Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to the 85 mm and 110 mm Traditional Safety Razors. You must register your razor under the warranty to qualify for a replacement. If you’re unsure about your razor being eligible for this warranty, look for the yellow Limited Lifetime Warranty stamp on the razor’s packaging. Online product listings that include the Limited Lifetime Warranty stamp are also covered by the warranty.
If your razor becomes defective, or is damaged or broken in any way other than by deliberate action, Van Der Hagen will replace it free of charge within the first five years of your purchase. To return your razor, please send a request for a prepaid mailer via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive the faulty razor, a new one will be shipped back to you. After five years, replacement under the Limited Lifetime Warranty is as follows: Razors under the warranty may be returned to Van Der Hagen, but you will be responsible for the cost of shipping your razor back to the company, as well as a $9.99 fee that includes shipping and handling of the replacement razor.

Q: Does the Limited Lifetime Warranty cover normal wear and tear?
A: Yes! Our razors are pretty great, but nothing lasts forever. All that work you put into shaving should be rewarded. Send it in and we’ll get another one out to you ASAP.
Q: How do I send in my razor for replacement?
A: Do not return the razor to the store where it was purchased. Please make sure your razor is clean and free of any blades before shipping. Send a request for a prepaid mailer, including your name, address and warranty number, to email@example.com. Van Der Hagen is not liable for lost inbound packages.
Q: I can’t find my warranty number. What can I do?
A: Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can look it up for you. Warranty numbers will be saved in our records for up to ten years.
Q: Is the Limited Lifetime Warranty offered outside the United States?
A: The Van Der Hagen warranty only applies to U.S.purchases, including online orders.
